Long story long:

Pastor Renato Cardoso has been in ministry since 1989 and has seen lives transformed by God's power in very practical ways.

The message he preaches is more than mere Bible lessons, but a way of life that he has practiced since he first came to know God in a real and personal way. For Pastor Renato, it's all about being in constant contact with God and allowing Him to do what He has always wanted - to let us succeed in life.

"I discovered fairly early in life that things do not always tum out the way you want them to. Life can at times be cruel, even for those who are trying their best to live a good life. But I discovered something else too, that faith could do things for me and my family that nothing else could. I came to know God as a young man, really fed up with the way my parent's family was falling apart.

"I was angry and saw God as a tradition that was cold and distant from the problems I was going through. I had no idea how close He was to me and how far He was from the picture I had of Him in my mind. I was amazed to see how He could take my anger and turn it into a faith that moved the mountains of my problems."

Pastor Renato, author of the book "The Profile of the Youth of God", has returned to the US after 13 years of ministry in London, England. He and his wife Cristiane have been married for 20 years and have a 18-year-old son, Filipe.
